SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
All orders (within the continental United States) are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. COD payment must be by cashier's check or money order. To avoid COD charges, prepayment can be arranged. Air-Zenith accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express. Additional service fees may be charged for drop shipments, Federal Express, etc. requests.

MERCHANDISE RETURN
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Air-Zenith and accompany all parts returned. All RGA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue. All returned products must have Proof of Purchase and the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on merchandise returned. Any parts returned under a warranty claim will be inspected, repaired, and returned promptly. Freight must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. Special order items cannot be returned.

PRICES
All prices are FOB shipping point from the Air-Zenith facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. As Air-Zenith continues to introduce new and better products, Air-Zenith reserves the right to change or modify specifications and prices as needed without prior notice.

FOREIGN ORDERS
Air-Zenith welcomes orders outside the United States. Prepayment in U.S. funds is required prior to shipment. Payment maybe arranged through bank transfer, credit card, or international money order. LIMITED WARRNTY
Air-Zenith warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Air-Zenith reserves the right to examine any parts returned for warranty claim to determine to Air-Zenith satisfaction whether such part is defective in material or workmanship. Air-Zenith obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting at its option any part proven defective. No labor, lift, service or storage charges will be reimbursed for any reason. Damages to Air-Zenith parts resulting from misuse or abuse shall void this limited warranty. Any return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Air-Zenith shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Air-Zenith shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set-forth above.
